From physically assisting dentists in providing needed dental services and interacting with patients and their families, to performing essential administrative functions that keep the center working effectively and efficiently, our support staff is vital to each center's success.

Clinical opportunites and duties within the various centers include:

Dental Assistants - greeting and obtaining necessary information from patients; assisting dentists in the clinical and quality care treatment of patients; ensuring preparation of dental stations; records and inventory management and various office duties as needed.

Dental Hygienists - providing comprehensive preliminary hygiene treatments and quality care for patients; counseling patients on proper nutrition and oral health strategies; teaching proper oral hygiene techniques to patients; records and inventory management and various office duties as needed.

Office Managers - administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including patient and staff records maintenance, patient scheduling, HR responsibilities, accounts receivable / payable, community outreach, additional patient and staff management duties as needed.

Clinical Coordinator - provides guidance and direction for the back office staff duties to ensure quality care and flow of patients; order and maintain inventory for all clinical supplies for the dental center, ensures that clinical standards are adhered to by clinical staff.

Front Office Assistant - assists with patient scheduling, patient management, medical records maintenance and billing.
