Joining our team
You have expressed interested in becoming a member of the Ricker's Team as a CSR. Employment is based on the following guidelines. Please carefully read the following information. All eligible candidates must possess a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled and in the process of completion. At the conclusion of the Employment Requirements, if you are still interested and can meet the requirements of employment please complete the application for employment.

Professional Appearance
All team members are required to present a professional appearance as well as maintain a clean store environment. Our customers have come to expect stores that are clean and neat, free of litter, dirt and dust. The personal appearance requirements are: *No visible tattoos (all tattoos must be covered) *No facial or mouth jewelry (eyebrow, nose, mouth, tongue, etc.) *Shirts must be tucked in *Name tag must be worn *No hats or other head coverings, except as required by the Department of Health
Honesty and Integrity
All team members are required to be honest and ethical in all areas of employment from record keeping to handling of cash. All team members are required to ring up every time and ensure that payment is made, whether it is an employee or a customer. There are NO free products. In keeping with the honesty and integrity of team members, Ricker's procedures prohibits hiring candidates with criminal convictions, including, but not limited to drug charges, theft, burglary, check deception, battery, criminal conversion, and criminal trespass.
