Banquets      
Banquet Server Part Time AM / PM with Flexible Shifts Minimum of 6 months server experience is required in a high volume banquet facility. Must be able to carry fully stocked trays. Setting/clearing tables. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and work in a team environment. Good hospitality skills are a must.
Bluefin Grille      
Cocktail Server Part Time 4:30 PM until Closing Must be able to greet and serve guests in bar and related areas who mainly require alcoholic beverages. Must be able to correctly order and assist with glassware and garnishes as needed in a timely fashion. Must be able to serve guests in a hospitable manner. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. A current certification from a Responsible Alcohol Service Training program is required.
Restaurant Server Full Time AM - 6:00 am 1-3 years of experience serving in a high volume restaurant preferred. Outgoing personality. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and work in a team environment. Knowledge of wines a plus. Good hospitality skills a must. A current certification from a Responsible Alcohol Service Training program is required.
Front Office      
Bell Captain Full Time Flexible Hours including weekends & holidays AM Shift - 6:30 am PM Shift - 3:00 pm Must be dedicated to service and have the ability to lead a department. Supervisory experience and customer service skills are required. Must have a valid drivers license, be able to work a flexible shift, be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to stand for long periods of time. No more than 2 vehicle violations on the last 12 months.
Front Desk Agent Full Time Flexible Hours including weekends & holidays AM Shift - 6:00 am PM Shift - 3:00 pm Responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times, welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. As part of this job, this individual is required to demonstrate good computer skills, accurately handle cash and charges, stand for long periods of time, present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.
Housekeeping      
Room Attendant Full-Time AM Cleaning guest rooms, vacuuming, dusting etc. Attention to detail a must. Must be able to push a fully loaded cart with at least 50lbs on it. Ability to bend and lift continuously and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and work independently. Good hospitality skills a must. Previous commercial housekeeping experience preferred.
Kitchen      
Line Cook Full-Time PM Thoughtful, self-motivated individual who demonstrates a "whatever it takes" attitude to please the guest. Must posses basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills. Knowledge if safety, sanitation, and food handling is required. Previous prep or line cook experience is preferred. Candidate should be enthusiastic, with great attention to detail. Must be able to work both independently, and also be a team player.
Security      
Guard Part Time Flexible Hours including weekends & holidays Must have a driver's license, along with a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, posses good communication skills, and be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time. Must be a self motivated professional with the ability to function under pressure, and to make quick, sound decisions. A current certification from a Responsible Alcohol Service Training program is required.

Supervisor Full Time AM / PM with Flexible Shifts Must have 2 - 3 years of supervisory experience in a fine dining restaurant. Responsible for learning and demonstrating all skills of the position to assure the development of the incumbent for future management responsibilities. Responsible for overseeing overall operations of the Bluefin Grille, Great Room, and room service to ensure that profitability objectives are met in the absence of the Restaurant Managers. A current certification from a Responsible Alcohol Service Training program is required.
Internship      
Unpaid College Internship Full-Time Flexible Hours including weekends & holidays The Providence Marriott Downtown Offers an 11 week hands-on experience in the exciting world of hotel management and hospitality necessary to prepare for a Entry Level role within a Full Service Hotel Operation. First, second, third and fourth year students enrolled in Hospitality programs who have demonstrated a high level of commitment to the hospitality industry through their academic performance and practical experience are invited to apply. Requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working in a professional work environment, preferably in a hotel or resort. If you qualify, you will be contacted to set up a time for an interview.
