Management:

Traditionally, most of our leaders have come up through the ranks, but we are always on the lookout for good experienced leaders. We are growing faster than ever and will need lots of great people as we expand in Nashville and beyond.

Guest Service:

This group comprises most of the folks at Bread and Company. Major tasks may include running a cash register, working our deli counter, making salads, cleaning, restocking and everything else involved with getting our great product into the hands and mouths of our guests.

Sandwich Maker:

Do you like things fast paced?  Are you ready for the challenge of making hundreds of sandwiches each day for our hungry guests? Apply for this position.  Depending on the shifts, you may also work customer service.

 

 

 

 

 

Breakfast Chef:

If you have culinary experience and can handle working alone (sometimes) in a fast paced environment and like early mornings, apply for this job. We serve omelets, waffles, and other breakfast items every day at 3 of our stores and on weekends at one other store.

Pasta Chef:

If you have culinary experience and can handle working alone (sometimes) in a fast paced environment and are more of a night owl, apply for this job. We are in the process of adding pasta stations to all of our stores.

Kitchen/Production Positions:

Since we produce our food from scratch every day, we have several large production kitchens that produce the food for our stores.  Apply here, and we will forward your info to our chefs.
