Bruegger’s is currently hiring a Catering Sales Manager to drive their catering business. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, sales-oriented and experienced individual to build a catering program from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll drive sales by building and working with a client database and marketing communication. Use your excellent guest service, catering sales experience and high energy to grow business and increase profit!
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain guest and business accounts by calling on local businesses and organizations via phone, e-mail correspondence, mailings and door-to-door visits
- Prepare, promote, and provide catering menus and packages to enhance the catering experience
- Provide excellent guest service to local businesses, schools and community organizations in order to create new catering sales
- Manage and organize catering orders with bakery Team Members in a timely manner to ensure completed orders
- Assist with preparing orders in the bakery if necessary
- Deliver prepared orders to meet guest satisfaction and requirements
- Maintain guest service by investigating and resolving complaints and communicating positive feedback with bakery teamsSupport the General Manager with daily functions such as the operation of the bakery with focus of creating “raving fans."

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication, oral and written skills

At least 2 years of experience in catering sales

Must have exceptional organization skills and attention to detail

Driven, self-motivated and dedicated to increasing profit

Some travel required

Successfully complete Bruegger’s training certifications

Ability to stand for long period of time, bending and lifting will be required
